Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provides a wireless communication method and apparatus, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: the terminal device sends a first message to the network device, the first message comprising first data that is data related to handover failure, the handover failure comprising handover process failure or handover-related wireless link failure, and the handover being related to a relay terminal device.
