Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a wireless communication method and a device. The method comprises: transmitting, by means of a first HARQ process, data that has been mapped to or is to be mapped to a second HARQ process, wherein an HARQ state of the first HARQ process is a disabled HARQ state, and an HARQ state of the second HARQ process is an enabled HARQ state. Data that has been mapped to or is to be mapped to a second HARQ process is transmitted by means of a first HARQ process, such that normal transmission of the data can be ensured while the stalling of HARQ processes, an HARQ state of which is an enabled HARQ state, is avoided. Thus, data transmission continuity can be ensured, and the user experience is improved.
