Abstract:
Provided are a wireless communication system, a base station, and a backhaul device with which it is possible to maintain, at the time of occurrence of a disaster, service that is necessary for a base station in which traffic has increased. A wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention is a wireless communication system comprising wireless terminals and base stations, wherein, at the time of occurrence of a disaster, a base station in which traffic has increased and/or a base station in which traffic has not increased change(s) the priorities of packets that pass through the base station in which traffic has increased.
