Abstract:
Provided is a wireless communication terminal apparatus wherein the increase of delay and the degradation of throughput can be improved even when the wireless communication terminal apparatus repetitively detects the same DAI. In this apparatus, an ACK/NACK bit status management unit (105) manages the setting status of an ACK/NACK bit as "unset" or "set", and when the ACK/NACK bit corresponding to a detected DAI is "set", the ACK/NACK bit status management unit (105) sets, independently of a decoding result of DL data, a NACK that requests a retransmission. An ACK/NACK bit generation unit (106) generates an ACK/NACK bit in accordance with the setting of the ACK/NACK bit status management unit (105).
