Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method for a multiuser enhanced distributed channel access (EDCA) operation and, more specifically, to a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method for performing a combination of a legacy EDCA operation and a multi-user EDCA operation. To this end, the present invention provides a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method using the same, the wireless communication terminal comprising: a communication unit; and a processor for controlling an operation of transmitting/receiving a wireless signal through the communication unit, wherein: the processor updates EDCA parameters for channel access, wherein the EDCA parameters are updated on the basis of an EDCA parameter set selected from among a first EDCA parameter set and a second EDCA parameter set; and the processor performs channel access on the basis of the updated EDCA parameters.
