Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a tag tape roll in which integrity can be sustained. [MEANS FOR
SOLVING PROBLEMS] A plurality of substantially sheetlike antenna substrates (160)
each provided with a wireless tag circuit element (To) equipped with an IC circuit
section (151) for storing information and a tag side antenna (152) for transmitting/receiving
information are arranged continuously in the longitudinal direction of a tape
at predetermined intervals to produce a substrate tape (210). The substrate
tape is then wound around an axis substantially perpendicularly intersecting
the longitudinal direction of the tape, thus obtaining a substrate tape roll
(102). The antenna substrates (160), an IC chip holding member (161), and the
tag side antenna (152) are arranged on the substrate tape (210) such that the central
position (161a) of the IC chip holding member (161) is separated by a predetermined
distance (H) from the central position (160a) of a corresponding antenna substrates
(160).
