Abstract:
A wood-plastic furniture board processing device, comprising: an extrusion cutting assembly (1); a perforation assembly (2) arranged at an extrusion end of the extrusion cutting assembly (1); press forming assemblies (3) provided on the two sides of the extrusion cutting assembly (1); and a driving assembly (4) driving the perforation assembly (2) to move towards the press forming assembly (3) in a reciprocating manner. The extrusion cutting assembly (1) enables extruded wood-plastic materials to be perforated by the perforation assembly (2), and the materials are cut at equal intervals; the driving assembly (4) conveys the cut-off board materials of which the perforations are supported by the perforation assembly (2) to the press forming assembly (3), and when the cut-off boards are bent, the press forming assembly (3) and the perforation assembly (2) synchronously cool the boards inside and outside. The processing device is particularly suitable for curved surface processing of wood-plastic extrusion boards and can greatly improve heat dissipation forming efficiency of the wood-plastic boards after extrusion.
