Abstract:

A wood-plastic panel forming apparatus and forming process. The forming apparatus comprises a housing (1), and a first shearing rod (20), a second shearing rod (21) and a third shearing rod (22) which are located in the housing (1), are arranged in parallel and are rotatably connected by means of a plurality of first gears (23). The first shearing rod (20) for crushing and shearing conveyed wood powder by means of rotating fit with the second shearing rod (21) and for delivering the wood powder to one side in the direction of the third shearing rod (22) is disposed above the second shearing rod (21). The third shearing rod (22) for simultaneously mixing, crushing and shearing conveyed plastic, an auxiliary agent and the crushed and sheared wood powder by means of rotating fit with the second shearing rod (21) is disposed on one of both sides of the second shearing rod (21). The apparatus may improve the mixing uniformity of raw materials of the wood-plastic panel, and avoid or reduce the problem that properties of a molded wood-plastic panel are substantially degraded due to the addition of a large amount of wood powder, and thus the forming quality of the wood-plastic panel is improved.
