Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a work machine parameter selection device that enables a work machine to travel efficiently at a work site where travel routes and slopes change from moment to moment. The parameter selection device includes a parameter selection unit. The parameter selection unit calculates an average load travel distance per cycle of the working machine, a travel ratio for each slope in the load travel, and a virtual travel distance for each slope per cycle (processes P1-P3). In addition, the parameter selection unit calculates a predicted fuel consumption amount for each slope per cycle, a travel time for each slope per cycle, a predicted fuel consumption amount per unit load weight, and a predicted production amount per cycle (processing P4-P8). Then, the parameter selection unit selects recommended parameter settings on the basis of the predicted fuel consumption amount and predicted production amount per cycle for each parameter setting (process P9).
