Abstract:

Provided is a wound-care product which has a good absorbability and improved fixation properties to wound. A wound-care product (10) consisting of a perforated material (20), which comprises a top face and a bottom face with a plural number of through-holes (21), and an absorbent (30) to be located on the top face of the perforated material, wherein the perforated material (20) is coated with a silicone resin (40) at least on the bottom face thereof, leaving at least a part of the through-holes (21) uncoated so that not all of the through-holes are closed, and the areas (31) of the absorbent facing the through-holes of the perforated material are partly coated with the silicone resin (40), thereby allowing the passage of a liquid from the bottom face side of the perforated material to the inside of the absorbent.
