Abstract:
A tube cladding welding machine, especially a roller group for forming wrapped tube, comprises multiple stages of upper and lower roller pairs mounted respectively on output axles of upper and lower rollers of the cladding welding machine. Regarding material input end as first stage and output end as finish stage, each of upper and lower roller pairs is sequentially arranged in this order and maintained on a common center line. The dimension of forming cavity of each pair of upper and lower forming rollers gradually reduces from first stage to finish stage, and reaches to predetermined dimension at finish stage of the forming roller group. During the process from forming semicircle shape from strip material to sequentially reducing to form a wrapped tube having longitudinal welding seam, the strip is formed to have smooth arc transition without stiff corners by the forming cavity of each pair of forming rollers, thereby eliminating local stress concentration, then welded by an aluminum mandrel cladding tube in the cladding welding machine, thereby having stable welding seam without wobbly deflection and achieving high welding quality with lower error.
