Title:
X-RAY CT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/154167
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an x-ray CT scan device enabling improved analysis accuracy when differential images are used. The x-ray CT device has a table movement unit, a revolving movement unit, a data collection unit, and a control unit. The table movement unit causes a table to move with a reciprocating motion the direction from a predetermined start point to a predetermined end point and in the direction from the end point to the start point. The revolving movement unit causes an x-ray emission unit for irradiating a subject with x-rays to revolve. The data collection unit detects x-rays that have passed through the subject and collects projection data. During x-ray scanning, the control unit controls at least the table movement unit so that the table moves with a reciprocating motion between the start point and the end point one time while causing the x-ray emission unit to revolve, and so that when collecting the projection data, the time required for the table to move with a reciprocating motion one time is an integer multiple of the revolution period when the x-ray emission unit is caused to revolve.
