Abstract:
A yarn tension detection and breakage alarm device, comprising: a mounting seat (1), a floating seat (9), a spring (8), a press contact switch (12), an alarm (13), a first yarn guiding wheel (2), and a second yarn guiding wheel (3). The floating seat (9) is provided above the mounting seat (1); the spring (8) is provided at the bottom of the floating seat (9) for elastic supporting; the bottom of the floating seat (9) is provided with a guide rod (4) inserted into the mounting seat (1); the guide rod (4) is provided with scales (5); the floating seat (9) is provided with a third yarn guiding wheel (14); the press contact switch (12) is provided at the bottom of a suspension plate (15) and is located above the third yarn guiding wheel (14); and the alarm (13) is linearly connected to the press contact switch (12).
