Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a zero-rated data-related charging method, PCRF, and PCEF. The method comprises: a PCRF receiving zero-rated data service information used by an application terminal and sent by an ITOP; the PCRF sending to a PCEF, according to the zero-rated data service information, a corresponding PCC rule; the PCRF receiving a charge identifier sent by the PCEF, and data size information of the zero-rated data service used by the application terminal, wherein the charge identifier is generated by the PCEF according to the PCC rule; and the PCRF sending to the ITOP the charge identifier and the data size information, such that the ITOP charges a fee according to the charge identifier and the data size information.
