Abstract:
The present invention discloses a zwitterionic liquid silane coupling agent, and the preparation and use thereof. According to the present invention, a series of zwitterionic liquid silane coupling agents are prepared by reacting a siloxy group donor, an anion donor and a cation donor, the problems of ion migration and an extremely high conductivity caused by the fact that a traditional ionic liquid comprises halogen particles, etc., serving as equilibrium anions are solved, and the performance requirements of halogen-free electronic packaging materials are met. The zwitterionic liquid silane coupling agent provided in the present invention has low volatility, is bonded to anions and cations via covalent bonds, does not contain free-state equilibrium anions and cations in molecules, is electrically neutral on the whole and free of ion migration in potential gradients, and cannot result in charge migration when being used in an underfill adhesive. After silicon dioxide is surface-modified by the zwitterionic liquid silane coupling agent provided in the present invention, the compatibility between silicon dioxide and an organic resin can be significantly enhanced, and the viscosity of a silicon dioxide-filled organic resin is reduced.
