The invention relates to a novel agent for enhancing the heart force. Said agent can be used in medicine and in the pharmaceutical industry. The inventive agent is characterized by a peptide of general formula (I) MAPKKPEPKKXYAK, wherein X = E or D and Y = A or D, or fragments thereof or variants of said peptide modified in a locus through point mutations or a gene coding said or analogous peptides. The inventive agent enables enhanced contractile status of the human heart.
