Abstract:
The method involves perforating a rigid stainless steel sheet on all its surface and cutting the sheet to obtain a blank at a final shape of a circular basket. The blank is stamped in its central part, where the stamping is made in a manner that the junction between base (2) and lateral walls (3) of the basket presents a regular curve. Edges of the blank are stamped to obtain a basket (1), where the edges are stamped till upper peripheral edge (6) of the base is curved towards exterior.
