Title:
ナノスケールのインジウムスズ混合酸化物粉末
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006521268
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
A mixed oxide powder containing indium and tin has the following properties : (a) an indium content (calculated as In 2O 3) of 90-98 wt.%; (b) a BET surface area of 40-120 m 2>/g; (c) an aggregate form with an average circumference of below 500 nm; (d) only one cubic indium oxide phase in X-ray diffraction analysis; and (e) an oxygen content below that theoretically deriving from In 2O 3and SnO 2. An independent claim is also included for production of the powder by: (i) particulating a mixed solution containing, in dissolved form, an indium compound and a tin compound optionally together with a dopant; (ii) pyrolyzing the product in the first zone of a reactor; (iii) mixing the pyrolyzed product with a reducing gas in a second zone to give a reducing atmosphere; and (iv) separating the obtained solids from waste gas in a third zone also having a reducing atmosphere.
