Abstract:
Apparatus to duplicate and identify nucleic acids has a reaction chamber (6), containing a carrier with a detection surface, to support an immobilized substance library (5). An optical system registers the time development of deposits on the detection surface. Fluids are passed into and out of the chamber under control (2.1) from a fluid container. Illumination (2.4) is from a LED and/or a high pressure lamp. Apparatus to duplicate and identify nucleic acids has a reaction chamber (6), containing a carrier with a detection surface, to support an immobilized substance library (5). The environment within the chamber is set by a temperature control unit (1.1). An optical system registers the time development of deposits on the detection surface. Fluids are passed into and out of the chamber under control (2.1) from a fluid container. Illumination (2.4) is from a LED and/or a high pressure lamp. The working is set by a process controller (3) with a data transmission interface (4).
