Abstract:
The synthesis of electronic components incorporating nanometric filament structures comprises: (a) depositing, on a nanoporous membrane (3), a metallic catalyst (7) adapted to penetrate into at least a part of the pores (8) of the membrane; (b) producing a growth of nanometric filament structures on the catalyst in at least a part of the pores of the membrane; (c) the membrane is prepared in a manner adapted in order that the walls of the pores incorporate a monocrystalline zone and with epitaxy of at least partially the catalyst on this monocrystalline zone. An independent claim is also included for an electronic component produced by this method.
