Abstract:
The device for formation of an adhesive- and/or sealing material mass (AB) having main- and sub component, comprises a container (4) for guiding the material mass, an end piece (3) projecting into the container, and a transfer element (2) embedded with a supply channel. In the container, the main- and sub component are introduced under pressure and the material mass is combined and is dispensable through a discharge nozzle of the container. The sub component is introduced into the container through the supply channel and is completely surrounded by the mass of the main component (A). The device for formation of an adhesive- and/or sealing material mass (AB) having main- and sub component, comprises a container (4) for guiding the material mass, an end piece (3) projecting into the container, and a transfer element (2) embedded with a supply channel. In the container, the main- and sub component are introduced under pressure and the material mass is combined and is dispensable through a discharge nozzle of the container. The sub component is introduced into the container through the supply channel and is completely surrounded by the mass of the main component (A) flowing through the container. A turn between the end piece and the flow of the main component is implemented during the formation of the material mass by a unit. The end piece is held rotatably within the container or the container is rotated around the stationary end piece. The main component is seized and turned during the rotation of the container, or the container is rotated with the end piece and the main component is not seized and is not turned during the rotation of the container. Static or dynamic units are arranged for the rotation of the main component within the container, in which the end piece is held stationary. The end piece with its outlet is positioned firmly or adjustably, at a distance from an inner wall of the container and/or is aligned in the flow direction of the main component. The transfer element is rotationally mounted with the end piece and is connected directly with a supply channel provided with a drive motor or connected over drive shaft. The device is connected to end piece within the rotating container or with the rotating container. The container is connected with a driving motor. In the inner space of the container, an internal- or external thread is arranged with the container and/or with the transfer element. Along the main component, the formation of material mass is transferable. A unit mounted rotationally within the container is intended. The main component is rotated with respect to the end piece by the rotational unit. The transfer element is mounted rotationally by a ball joint and is coupled at a driving end with a drive device. The outlet of the end piece is cyclically movable in a part of the inner space of the container. The transfer element shows the ball joint held in a bearing element having a recess. A connection element arranged at the driving end of the transfer element, passes through the supply channel or the sub component is connected directly to the supply channel for the bearing element. Through the recess, the sub component is introduced into the container and reaches the supply channel. A scraper is connected with the container, projects up to the outlet of the end piece in the inner space of the container and wipes and/or locks with each mutual rotation of the transfer element and the container in phase manner. The scraper is a body with an edge and/or a cylinder segment area, along which the outlet of the end piece is guided with the mutual revolution of the transfer element and the container. The scraper consists of flexible- or firm material. The container shows a detachably arranged container segment that is provided with the scraper. The transfer element or the container is provided with a guiding element, along which the main component and/or the material mass are supplied into the container. Through the supply channels, the sub component or further components are introduced. A control unit is arranged, by which the flow of the components and/or the turn between the end piece and the flow of the main component are adjustable. Independent claims are included for: (1) formation of an adhesive- and/or sealing material mass; (2) procedure for formation of an adhesive- and/or sealing material mass; and (3) a substrate.
