Abstract:
The device for extruding synthetic thermoplastic materials for producing plastic, comprises an extruder screw (20) mounted on a housing (1) having a plasticizing section at the inlet side, a degassing section mounted upstream of a discharge section, and a conveying outlet (3) running in opposite direction, which is located between the plasticizing section and the degassing section with a flow channel (5), which contains a melt filter. The extruder screw forms a similar conveying outlet (7) running in the same direction between the conveying outlet and the downstream port of the flow channel. The device for the extrusion of synthetic thermoplastic materials for the production of plastic, comprises an extruder screw (20) mounted on a housing (1) having a plasticizing section at the inlet side, a degassing section mounted upstream of a discharge section, and a conveying outlet (3) running in opposite direction, which is located between the plasticizing section and the degassing section with a flow channel (5), which contains a melt filter. The extruder screw forms a similar conveying outlet (7) running in the same direction between the conveying outlet and the downstream port of the flow channel. The melt filter is bridged by the conveying outlet. The housing has a degassing vent (8) at the transition area of the conveying outlet running in the opposite direction and another conveying outlet running in the same direction. The flow channel is connected on the outlet of the melt filter by a recirculation channel over an inlet side of a non-return valve with the conveying outlets. A duct-free degassing area is arranged between the conveying outlets. A conveying outlet section with a slight channel height is provided between the degassing area and the conveying outlet. The extruder screw has a retaining element arranged in the area of the outlet opening of the flow channel.
