Abstract:
A modified polyacrylonitrile fiber and its preparation process and use are disclosed. The biologic protein is used as the modifier of the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber. The weight percent of each component is showed below: the acrylonitrile monomer 50.0-98.8%, the initiator 0.1-0.4%, the biologic protein 1.0-50.0%, the total weight percent of each component is 100%. The preparation process of the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber is depended on the formulation of said modified polyacrylonitrile fiber of the invention. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. preparing the biologic protein solution, 2. preparing spinning dope of the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber, 3. preparing the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber. The designed filament number of the fiber is 30-100dtex. The fiber is suitable for making synthetic hair product such as hairpiece etc., and has well emulated effect.
