顕微鏡画像を処理するコンピュータ実装システムおよび方法が、提供される。顕微鏡画像が、受信され、顕微鏡画像の一部を含む画像区画に対する構成が、決定される。複数の画像区画は、それぞれ、複数の処理ユニットに割り当てられ、処理ユニットは、画像区画を並行してそれぞれ処理する。１つ以上の物体が、それぞれ、画像区画内に存在することが決定され、画像区画内に存在する物体は、物体に関連付けられた物体データを取得するために測定される。
