Abstract:
本発明は、陰刻パターン部が上面に備えられたパターン形成用モールドを用いて、第１透光性基板上に充填室の側壁を形成し、充填室の側壁が形成された第１透光性基板に第２透光性基板を接着させる工程によって試料保管器具を製造することにより、試料保管器具を簡便に製造することができ、大量生産が可能な試料保管器具の製造方法および試料保管器具に関するものである。
