Abstract:
本発明は、インターロイキン２（ＩＬ−２）、インターロイキン１５（ＩＬ−１５）およびインターロイキン２１（ＩＬ−２１）から選択される少なくとも２種類のサイトカインを含む、リンパ球を増殖させるための組成物に関する。本発明はさらに、臨床的に有用なリンパ球集団を作製する方法に関し、前記方法は、少なくとも１つのリンパ球を含む、哺乳動物由来の身体試料、特に、組織試料または体液試料を得て、所望により身体試料中の細胞を分離する工程、インビトロで身体試料を培養して試料中のリンパ球を増殖および／または刺激する、前記培養がＩＬ−２、ＩＬ−１５および／またはＩＬ−２１の使用を含む、工程、ならびに、所望により培養試料中の臨床的に有用なリンパ球の存在を決定する工程、を含む。本発明はまた、免疫療法および臨床的に有用なリンパ球集団に関する。
