安全ベルトを乗り物に接続するための安全ベルトアンカを備える歪ゲージロードセルアンカの機器、製造方法、および使用方法を記載する。安全ベルトアンカは、安全ベルトアンカを安全ベルトに接続するための第１アンカ開口部を有し得て、アンカは、安全ベルトアンカを乗り物に接続するための第２アンカ開口部を有し得る。安全ベルトアンカに加えられる力を測定するべく、１つまたは複数の歪ゲージが、安全ベルトアンカ上に設けられ得て、安全ベルトアンカは、歪ゲージロードセルアンカとして機能する。
