Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing photoelectric conversion element, by which a photoelectric conversion element having superior durability can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element 100 comprises: an oxide semiconductor layer formation step of forming an oxide semiconductor layer 30 on an electrode substrate 10 or a counter substrate 20; a sealant fixing step of fixing an annular sealant to form a sealing part 40 on at least one of the electrode substrate 10 and the counter substrate 20; a pigment adsorption step of having a pigment adsorbed by an oxide semiconductor layer 30; an electrolyte-disposing step of disposing an electrolyte 50 on the electrode substrate 10 or the counter substrate 20; and a bonding step of bonding the electrode substrate 10 and the counter substrate 20 together through the sealant. The sealant fixed to at least one of the electrode substrate 10 and the counter substrate 20 includes oxygen-absorbing particles 40a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
