Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively manufacturing giant liposome having high quality in a small scale.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of liposome including following steps (1) to (3). (1) a step for inputting a lipid solution in which an amphipathic liquid is dissolved in oil and a sample solution which becomes a liposome inner liquid in a first micro container and stirring them by tapping the micro container to emulsify them, (2) a step for inputting a solution which becomes a liposome outer liquid into a second micro container, layering an emulsion formed in (1) on the solution and then conducting a centrifugal treatment to pass drop in oil in the emulsion through an oil and water interface, and (3) a step for recovering the liposome formed in the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
