Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knotted pile and a jointed pile having higher shear capacity than shear force acting on a node portion even when short-term maximum pile peripheral surface frictional bearing capacity acts on the knotted pile.SOLUTION: A knotted pile includes a cylindrical main body portion and at least one node portion protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the main body portion. The main body portion and the node portion include concrete. When Lr is a length of a base portion of the node portion on the main body portion side in an axial direction of the main body portion, Lt is a length of a head portion of the node portion on an opposite side of the main body portion, Dp is an outer diameter of the main body portion, Lh is a protrusion height of the node portion from the main body portion in a radial direction of the main body portion, and τ is the short-term shear allowable stress of the concrete, the relationship expressed by the following two expressions: Lr>380×(Dp+2×Lh)/(τ×Dp), Lr-2×(3^0.5)×Lh≤Lt≤Lr-2/(3^0.5)×Lh is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
