Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system for a vehicle which can reduce the possibility that the system may not correctly operate due to fogging of a transparent member, such as glass, in an angle-of-view range in front of an optical device.SOLUTION: An optical system for a vehicle comprises: an optical device which is provided so as to be able to acquire information outside a cabin; and a transparent member which is provided in front of the optical device with a predetermined closed space interposed in-between. The optical system further comprises: an antifogging sheet which is provided in a first area corresponding to the angle-of-view range of the optical device, in the inner surface of the transparent member in the closed space; and a dew condensation part which is provided in a second area outside the angle-of-view range of the optical device, in the inner surface of the transparent member in the closed space, and which causes dew condensation more easily than the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
