Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film having excellent adhesion to an adherend such as a phosphor layer even after a moisture resistance test, and also having flexibility, and a wavelength conversion sheet prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A barrier film has a gas barrier film, and a primer layer disposed on one outermost surface and composed of a cured product of a primer composition containing a water-soluble resin, a metal chelate compound, and a silane coupling agent.
