Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which can restrain abrasion of a valve seat or a valve occurring in removing a foreign matter.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: valve seats 22a, 23a having flow passages 22b, 23b formed in a state of penetrating therethrough; a valve 30 for opening and closing the flow passages 22b, 23b; a motor 40 for driving the valve 30; and a control section 50 which can control operation of the valve 30 by controlling the motor 40, and can perform closing operation for operating the valve 30 so as to close the flow passages 22b, 23b, and pressing operation for pressing the valve 30 to the valve seats 22a, 23a. The control section 50 adjusts driving force of the valve 30 in the pressing operation in accordance with the driving force of the valve 30 when the closing operation is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
