Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine in which foam hardly overflows from an outer tub and to provide a control apparatus therefor.SOLUTION: The washing machine comprises: an outer tub; an inner tub provided in the outer tub so as to communicate with the inside of the outer tub; a circulation path connected to the outer tub so as to circulate water in the outer tub; a circulation pump for forming a flow of water in the circulation path; and a control apparatus for controlling the circulation pump. The control apparatus controls the circulation pump such that a first period SP1 in which the circulation pump is driven and a second period SP2 in which the circulation pump is stopped after the first period SP1 or the circulation pump is driven by a driving force that is weaker than a driving force in the first period SP1 after the first period SP1 are included in a water supply period SP in which water is supplied into the inner tub from a water supply source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
