Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting the cardboard web and for manufacturing the cardboard which can prevent a cut web from being torn when the cut web is transferred to different cut off device, as well as prevent occurrence of the cut web sheet winding-up jam in the transportation path.SOLUTION: An apparatus for cutting the cardboard web of this invention comprises: one slitter device for making a plurality of cut webs 25 by forming cutting lines SL1_o,SL2_o,SL1_n,SL2_n, on the cardboard web along the transportation direction; plural cut off devices for cutting the cut webs 25 in a width direction; a director device for distributing the plurality of cut webs 25 in which the cut webs cut by the slitter device is separated into respective cut webs, then each of cut webs is distributed into the plural cutoff devices; a separation and cutting device for forming a separating and cutting line CL between old order and new order in the cut webs 25 at the director device so as to separate the plurality of cut webs 25, which is arranged on the upstream side of the director device; and a control device for controlling the action of the separation and cutting device operation so as to make said device continue the cutting operation, after said device stops the action at the position of the new order's separation and cutting line DL_n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
