Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide innovative measurement solution service.SOLUTION: A system includes: a plurality of IoT repeating apparatuses, arranged for each base, which collect measurement data in respectively different formats transmitted from a plurality of measurement sources dispersively arranged in each process within a base corresponding to a manufacturing site and measuring quality situation of each process, convert the collected measurement data in the different formats into measurement data in a common format, and transmit the measurement data in the common format to request processing of the converted measurement data in the common format; and a cloud computing system that receives the measurement data in the common format respectively transmitted from the plurality of IoT repeating apparatuses and performs accumulation processing in a hierarchical structure in a measurement database, performs aggregation analysis processing of the measurement data in the common format that has been subjected to the accumulation processing for each integration target, performs display processing of a result of the accumulation analysis processing of the measurement data in the common format, and transmits, in response to a display request from a terminal of a viewer, a result of the display processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
