Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which can accomplish at the same time molding of fiber-reinforced composite material and joining with metallic components, and its molded product.SOLUTION: It is a molded product manufacturing method by heating and compressing reinforced fiber substrate (A), metallic component (B), and resin feedstock (C). In the molded product manufacturing method the resin feedstock (C) contains continuous porous body and resin (c) and has process 2 and process 3. Process 2: the process to provide the reinforced fiber substrate (A), the metallic component (B), and the resin feedstock (C) to the molding mechanism. Process 3: the process to provide the resin (c) of resin feedstock (C) and combine the reinforced fiber substrate (A), the metallic component (B), and the resin feedstock (C) by compressing and heating via the molding mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
