Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch roll capable of being manufactured having an excellent mirror surface and uniform thickness, an apparatus for manufacturing a film using the touch roll, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A touch roll 13 is made of resin and has a surface that is a mirror surface. The touch roll 13 includes an elastic layer 16 and a surface layer 17 including a surface 19 in order in a radially outward direction. The elastic layer 16 has a tensile storage elastic modulus E' at 25°C under a measurement condition of a frequency of 1 Hz and a heating rate of 3°C/min of 0.1 MPa or more and less than 2 MPa. The surface layer 17 has a tensile storage elastic modulus E' at 25°C under measurement conditions of 2 MPa or more and 15 MPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
