PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a high temperature portion of a parison.SOLUTION: A blow pin 13A is configured to blow air towards a specific portion 4 being a high temperature portion of a parison 3. The blow pin 13A includes: an outer cylindrical part 31; and a direction changing member 33 for changing the air blow direction arranged inside the outer cylindrical part 31. Air enters into an air passage 35 from a rear end of the direction changing member 33, passes through a straight portion 35A, changes its direction in a bent portion 35B, jets out from a tip portion 35C and blows out from a blow out nozzle 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
