Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program generating device which can easily set a fixation place of a core to a suitable place.SOLUTION: This program generating device comprises: a display part which displays a processing shape of a work-piece which is inputted by operation of an input part by a user; a core fixation place setting part which sets a prescribed range including a point, which is designated by operation of the input part by the user, on a processing line between the work-piece and the core to a core fixation place on the display part on which the processing shape of the work-piece is displayed; and a program generating part which generates a program for executing processing of the work-piece on the basis of the inputted shape of the work-piece and controlling a wire electric discharge machine so that the core is fixed to the work-piece at the set core fixation place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
