PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably suppress generation of wrinkle and deflection in a glass film while preventing breakage of the glass film when the glass film is adsorbed and conveyed by a rotationally driven support mechanism.SOLUTION: A glass film manufacturing method for subjecting a glass film G to manufacturing-related processing while conveying the glass film G comprises the step of adsorbing and conveying the glass film G by a suction roller 46, wherein a suction part 46a of the suction roller 46 adsorbs only the center part in the width direction of the glass film G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
