Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and method that self-optimize a radio parameter at a peripheral radio base station efficiently and appropriately even if a radio base station maintains state control.SOLUTION: A control method of a radio communication system including a plurality of radio base stations includes turning off a cell of a first radio base station, transmitting a first notice indicating off of the cell indicated by a cell global identifier from the first radio base station to a second radio base station, and transmitting a second notice indicating deletion of information on the cell indicated by the cell global identifier from the first radio base station to the second radio base station. The second radio base station holds the information on the cell even if the cell is turned off, but the second radio base station deletes the information on the cell if the second notice indicating deletion of the information on the cell is received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
