Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle window controller which improves operation reliability of window opening inhibitory control by inhibiting window opening inhibitory control when sudden vehicle braking is predicted.SOLUTION: The vehicle window controller includes: a vehicle periphery recognition part 35 for monitoring obstacles in the front and at the sides of an own vehicle; a travel route prediction part 37 for predicting a travel route of the own vehicle; an approaching object determination part 39 for determining presence/absence of obstacles approaching a vehicle overtaken by the own vehicle, or a vehicle overtaking the own vehicle, or a side face of the own vehicle, on the basis of a signal from the vehicle periphery recognition part and a signal from the travel route prediction part; a window opening inhibitory part 41 for inhibiting opening of a window of the vehicle when the approaching object determination part determines presence of a vehicle or an obstacle; and a window control inhibitory part 43 for inhibiting control of the window opening inhibitory part when predicting a brake operation causing deceleration of a prescribed value or higher in the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
