Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that accurately measures an amount of temporal rise and fall and an amount of change over time of a substance changing over time using light and displays the results.SOLUTION: A device radiates light from at least two light sources to a sample including a measured substance. Light from at least one light source is used to measure variation in components other than the measured substance, and light for measuring the measured substance is used to measure variation in the measured substance. In order to accurately measure an amount of change in the measured object, an amount of variation other than the measured substance is set as a correction value. The measurement is conducted three times at certain time intervals, difference between measurement values at the first time and the third time is calculated, a temporal differential value of difference between measurement values at the first time and the second time is calculated, and the difference value between the measurement values at the first time and the third time and the temporal differential value of the measurement values at the first time and the second time are used as final results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
