Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic power-on device and an automatic power-on method capable of automatically turning on power in a detection station.SOLUTION: An automatic power-on device includes: a tool 1 for fixing a portable telephone screen body to be detected and an FPC flexible cable; a board 2 that is built into the tool and includes a groove 3 adapted to the portable telephone screen body to be detected and a groove 4 adapted to the FPC flexible cable; a signal board including a first set of pins and a second set of pins; a crimping unit that is fixed to the tool and crimps the first set of pins of the signal board to the FPC flexible cable; adaptors connected to the second set of pins of the signal board and a lighting device each; and a control unit for controlling the signal board and the adaptors so as to perform corresponding pin conversion, based on a type of the FPC flexible cable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
