Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing irbesartan which shows excellent elution property.SOLUTION: An irbesartan-containing pharmaceutical composition contains: one or more kinds of binder selected from hydroxypropyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol. An orally disintegrable tablet contains: (1) D-mannitol; (2) irbesartan; (3) one or more kinds of disintegrator selected from crospovidone and carmellose; (4) one or more kinds of binder selected from hydroxypropyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol; and (5) one or more kinds of lubricant selected from sodium stearyl fumarate and sucrose fatty acid ester.SELECTED DRAWING: None
