PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cushion pad for vehicle.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cushion pad for vehicle, in which a receiving surface part is formed of a surface layer pad 3 of a soft polyurethane foam raw material includes: setting a core pad which is a bead foam molding, and in which a thin plate part 26 is raised and formed in a low place part at a rear face outer peripheral edge 21 side with a gap between a wall surface at the rear face outer peripheral edge 21 side, extending to a high place part 25 rising by one step from the outer peripheral edge side low place part close to the outer peripheral edge 21 of a rear face, in an upper die 9, in which a recess is provided in a corresponding portion of the high place part 25 including the thin plate part 26; providing a side wall 931 of an inclined surface close to a central side in the recess 93; pushing a standing surface at the rear face outer peripheral edge 21 side in the thin plate part 26 on the side wall 931; setting the core pad in the upper die 9 by engaging the thin plate part 26 together with the high place part 25 with the recess 93; injecting a soft polyurethane foam raw material into a lower die cavity surface 81; and foam-molding the surface layer pad 3 integrally embedded by covering a side surface 23 of the core pad to the outer peripheral edge 21 in a side part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
