Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press brake mold centering device which enables an operator to perform mold centering work by a simple operation only.SOLUTION: A mold centering pressure calculation section calculates a mold centering pressure in mold centering a punch Tp and a die Td. A section for setting a mold centering target position sets a target position of mold centering. A section for setting a mold centering limit position sets a limit position of mold centering. A section for setting a start position for mold centering sets a start position of mold centering. A determination section determines that mold centering is completed when pressure applied to the punch Tp and the die Td reaches the mold centering pressure, in a state that a tip of the punch Tp is positioned between the start position of the mold centering and the limit position of the mold centering. An upper table lifting/lowering control section stops lowering an upper table 10 to which the punch Tp is mounted, when the mold centering is completed. A notification section notifies an operator of the completed mold centering, when the mold centering is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
