Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a liquid ejection head, which prevents the relative positional relations between element substrates from changing when each element substrate is stuck to a support member.SOLUTION: While an element substrate C is gripped with fingers 24, it is placed on an adhesive layer 6 on a support member 1, and the adhesive layer 6 is heated. The reaction force acting on the fingers 24 from the adhesive layer 6 is measured and, on the basis of the reaction force, heating of the adhesive layer 6 is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
