PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a resin, and a coating carbon material. The coating carbon material has a carbon material having a graphene structure, and a cyclic compound that coats at least part of the surface of the carbon material.
